We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled among forests, lakes, and mountains. From our balcony, we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The service here was top-notch, with every staff member going out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Mr. Getasew was particularly impressive, providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a top-quality accommodation in this area.

What a fantastic trip! the stunning views of the surrounding nature from the balcony were breathtaking, and the staff was always smiling, polite, and eager to please. the swimming pool was spotless, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the variety at breakfast was impressive, and the room was comfortable and immaculately clean.
The Sauna wasn't working correctly and the steam room was also disappointing. Plus, the hotel's WiFi only works in the lobby, which can be inconvenient when you want to message or work from your room.

The spa facilities were amazing, and it was so relaxing to have a sauna and steam room in the changing rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety, including local juice which was really refreshing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and a really wonderful experience.
Although the hotel was in a great location, the wifi was not strong and only worked in the lobby. , the bathroom was really slippery with wet tiles, so we had to wear shoes all the time, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay with great staff and beautiful views from the rooms overlooking the lake and mountains. The hotel facilities included a clean swimming pool, spa, and a delicious breakfast with local and Western dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and even arranged a tour guide for us.
Can't think of anything.

Nothing at all.

the location was convenient, but that was the only positive thing about our experience. the staff was untrained, and no one seemed to know what was going on with the amenities and facilities. the view was nothing special either, and the room was cramped and uncomfortable. the bathroom was dirty and had no hot water, and the breakfast buffet was unappetizing. We also had trouble with the credit card machines and had to go into town to withdraw cash.
The resort lacked any sort of atmosphere or charm that we were hoping for, and the WiFi was practically non-existent.
